GW Men's Hoops Broadcast Package Expands to 26 Games

WASHINGTON - GW men's basketball has added three games to increase its record broadcast package to 26 games for the 2014-15 season.
The Jan. 31 game at Rhode Island produced by Cox Sports has been cleared to air on Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic and SNY at 4 p.m., while the Feb. 28 game at Davidson produced by Time Warner Carolinas has been cleared for MASN2 at 7 p.m. GW's Feb. 25 home game against St. Bonaventure has been picked up as part of the Atlantic 10's new partnership with the American Sports Network (ASN) with a local affiliate to be announced in the coming months.
With the three additions, all of the Colonials' 31 regular-season games will be available via national and regional television or live video streaming. The five regular-season home games not televised will be available for free and in high definition on GWsports.com's RaiseHigh Live event streaming platform and on the Atlantic 10 Mobile app.
Also, GW's BB&T Classic contest against Charlotte at Verizon Center on Dec. 7 will tip off at 2:30 p.m., and be televised on MASN, while the Dec. 11 home game versus DePaul will be carried live by SNY.
