The final round of 18 holes proved to be the best for the Colonials, as they shot a 17-over 305 at the par-72, 7,040-yard Silver Lakes Golf Course.
Senior Martin Liu paced the Colonials with an 11-over 227 for a seventh-place finish. Liu fired off a 2-over 74 on Tuesday to move up the ranks from his 14th-place finish after Day 1 on Monday. Freshman Jack Persons shot his best round on Tuesday with a 2-over 74 to finish tied for 14th with a three-round total of 14-over 230.
Senior Andres Pumariega shot a 6-over 78 on Tuesday for a three-round score of 16-over 232 to finish in a tie for 19th. Classmates Brandon Rukin and Taylor Fuqua finished in 36th and 47th, respectively, with three-round scores of 24-over 240 and 33-over 249.
