Mike Hall Named A-10 Co-Rookie of the Week

WASHINGTON, DC - Freshman Mike Hall (Chicago, IL/Shepard) has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference co-Rookie of the Week for men's basketball, the league offce has announced. He shares this week's honor with La Salle's Gary Neal.
Hall, a 6-foot-8, 202-pound forward, averaged 15 points and eight rebounds in two games this past week. He scored 17 points with nine rebounds in George Washington's 77-66 win at Florida International on Dec. 3. He also had 13 points and six rebounds in a 100-92 loss to No. 2 Texas in the BB&T Classic on Dec. 7. One of the Colonials' impact freshmen, Hall has scored in double figures in four of his first five games.
GW (3-3, 0-0 A-10) next plays at Boston University this Wednesday, Dec. 11, in a 7:00 p.m. game.
