Kiselica was named assistant coach for GW volleyball in March 2020 after spending the last three seasons at UMBC, beginning as the team's setters and offensive coach before becoming interim coach for four months during and after the 2017 campaign.
Kiselica then served as the team's libero and defensive coach for two seasons. Under his leadership, the Retrievers ranked second in the America East in team digs, blocks and opposing hitting percentage in 2019. He also played a part in recruiting five freshmen who were in the starting lineup this past year.
Kiselica helped guide four Retrievers to All-Conference honors in his three years, including Carmen Freeman, who was named the 2017 America East Rookie of the Year. Additionally, four student-athletes were named to the America East All-Rookie team during his tenure.
A 2017 graduate of Temple, Kiselica was a member of the men's club volleyball team for four years as an outside hitter and libero. He also served as the Owls' Director of Operations for three seasons. Prior to Temple, he was a volunteer assistant at Penn for one year and the head coach at Delaware United Volleyball Club among other various clubs and high schools.
Kiselica's certifications and training include AVCA Convention, DataVolley, USA Volleyball CAP I, SafeSportTraining, Mandated Reporter Training and USA Volleyball Impact Certification.
