As a Senior in 2005-06: Sat out the 2005-06 season as a redshirt ... accompanied the team to Australia in August, 2005 where he averaged 8.6 points and 9.3 rebounds and shot .425 (17-40) from the field against Australian professional teams.
As a Junior in 2004-05: Scored his first basket of the season and had his career-high 2 blocks vs. Towson (12-18-04) • made his first career start vs. Dayton (1-30-05) • also started and grabbed 4 rebs. @ Temple (2-5-05) • started and blocked 2 shots vs. Richmond (2-12-05) • started and hit 2-3 FGs vs. Fordham (2-16-05) • started and grabbed 3 rebs. vs. Duquesne (2-19-05) • scored his career-high 8 pts. on 4-4 FGs @ Xavier (2-23-05) ... Averaged 8.6 ppg during the five-game Australian exhibition tour in August.
Summer 2004: Worked as a camp counselor at GW[apos]s Summer Camp for kids.

As a Freshman in 2002-03: Appeared in both preseason exhibitions logging a total of 25 minutes... shot 4-6 FTs in preseason with four rebounds, a block, steal and assist... made his only FG attempt and had a steal at #14 UConn (11/25/02)... hit a hook shot at Towson (12/22/02)... made his only FG attempt with a steal at Binghamton (12/30/02)... grabbed season-high five rebs. at La Salle (1/11/03).
High School: Attended Bladensburg High School where he averaged 13 points, 12 rebounds and two blocks per game as a senior... named Most Improved Player and Best Defensive Player for the Mustangs under coach Deo Djossou...Student Government Association President who graduated with a 4.17 GPA) and was on the Principal[apos]s Advisory Committee and the yearbook committee.
