George Washington's standout gymnasts Deana Sheremeta and Lola Montevago have been selected as individual qualifiers for the 2026 NCAA Women's Gymnastics Regionals. Selections were based on National Qualifying Scores (NQS), with the top 12 all-around competitors and top 16 event specialists advancing to regional competition.
The duo will compete in their second-straight NCAA Regional at the Tempe Regional, hosted by Arizona State, on Thursday, April 2 (Session I, 4 p.m. ET). Sheremeta will compete on floor exercise, while Montevago will compete on uneven bars. All the action can be followed live via ESPN+ and Virtius.

Montevago recorded a 9.855 NQS on bars, ranking second in the league. The sophomore shared the event title at the EAGL Championship with a season-high 9.925 and earned All-EAGL First Team honors on the apparatus.
