Sheremeta Wins Bars as Gymnastics Takes Third at UNH

GW gymnastics earned third at UNH on Sunday with a 191.125 performance, behind the host Wildcats (195.175) and Bowling Green (193.550).

Deana Sheremeta, Maya Peters and Lola Montevago each earned slots on event leaderboards as individual competitors. Sheremeta set a new career-high on the bars with a 9.875 to win the event, while Montevago took second on vault (9.775), and Peters claimed second on the beam (9.825). In the all-around competition, Montevago also earned a second-place finish with an aggregate 39.050 score across the meet's four events.
