Victoria Sasinka Prepares to Serve vs. Mount St. Mary's

WASHINGTON – The George Washington tennis team looks to get back on track Friday, hosting Loyola (Md.) at the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center (SELTC). Match time is set for 11:00 a.m.

GW dropped its third-consecutive match on Sunday, falling to Elon, 6-1. The Revolutionaries were led by Solange Skeene, who picked up GW's lone singles win and was part of the team's only doubles victory. Skeene recorded a 6-4, 4-6, 10-5 win in first doubles, moving her to 3-2 on the season. She also paired up with teammate Victoria Sasinka to earn a 6-1 win in second doubles, the pair's second win of the season together.

The Greyhounds enter Friday's match with a 0-2 record, having previously lost to Seton Hall and Maryland. Loyola finished the 2025 season with an impressive 13-6 overall record before falling to Navy in the Patriot League Championships.
