WASHINGTON - The George Washington University softball team is back on the East Coast for four games this week. GW makes the trip up to Baltimore on Wednesday, looking to even the season series vs. Towson (3:00 p.m.). The Revolutionaries then welcome Fordham to the GW Softball Field for a battle between two of the A-10's best on Saturday (12:00 p.m. doubleheader) and Sunday (12:00 p.m.). Wednesday's game will be streamed on Flosports, and all three weekend games against Fordham will be streamed on ESPN+. Â
HARD SCHEDULE REMAINS
GW continues a difficult stretch of its schedule this weekend with just four A-10 series remaining. Three of the Revolutionaries' remaining series are against teams who currently rank in the top half of the league: Fordham (1st), Saint Joseph's (2nd) and Loyola Chicago (t-4th), and two of the three series are on the road (Saint Joseph's and Loyola Chicago). GW is in third place in the conference at 9-5 and will need to stay as one of the league's top six teams to qualify for the A-10 Tournament in May.
