Water Polo Places Nine on ACWPC All-Academic List

IRVINE, Calif. - The Association of College Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) announced its 2024 Men's All-Academic list, including nine members of the George Washington University water polo team.Â
Joseph McCreary and Luca Castorina were featured in the outstanding rank (4.00-3.72 GPA), while Andrei Khudiakov, Andrija Sekulic, Patrick McCann and Rowan Keane were in the superior rank (3.70-3.41 GPA), and Adonis Vlassis, Griffin Yamaoka and Leo Lueddemann were in the excellent tier (3.40-3.20 GPA).
It is the first ACWPC All-Academic award for McCreary, Khudiakov, Keane, Vlassis and Yamaoka. McCann (2-time), Lueddemann (2-time), Sekulic (3-time) and Castorina (4-time) are all repeat selections to the ACWPC All-Academic list. Â
