Boushee Tabbed A-10 Men’s Rookie of the Week

WASHINGTON - GW first-year swimmer Gage Boushee has been selected as the A-10 Rookie of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.
The rookie from Lakeville, Mn., stood out in GW's dual meet dominance at Georgetown on Saturday with two top-three finishes. Boushee won the 200-yard freestyle by well over two seconds, cashing in the eighth-fastest time in the A-10 this season. Boushee later took third place in the 100-yard freestyle (46.70), and helped GW's 400-yard freestyle 'B' relay to a third-place finish.
Boushee and the Revolutionaries are gearing up for their final dual meet of the season this weekend, competing against UMBC. The Revolutionaries and Retrievers will begin the meet in Baltimore on Saturday and will finish the meet in Washington on Sunday, where GW will honor 13 members of its graduating class for Senior Day.
