Lacrosse Adds 12 Newcomers Ahead of 2025 Season

WASHINGTON- In preparation for their 2025 season, Head Coach Colleen McCaffrey and the women's lacrosse program are pleased to announce their incoming first-years and transfer student-athlete class. The squad of newcomers consists of 10 first-years and two transfers.

Breves, Maddy- Earned honors in both lacrosse and cross country/track… Cross Country All County (2021) and All Conference (2022/2023)… Lacrosse Scholar Athlete (2024)… Cross Country and Winter Track Captain (2022-2024)… Member of the Empire Lacrosse club team.

Fullowan, Katie- At Gettysburg: 132 career goals, 36 career assists, and 175 career draw controls… 3x First Team All Centennial Conference… IWLCA Third Team All American (2022)…US Lacrosse Magazine All American Honorable Mention (2022) and Third Team (2023)…Elite 90 Award Recipient (2022)… Centennial Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year (2022)… CoSIDA Academic All American At-Large Third Team (2022)… First Team selection (2023).
High School: Earned two varsity letters in soccer and four varsity letters in lacrosse… Awarded Second Team All-Conference in 2016 and First Team All-Conference in 2017/2018/2019 for Lacrosse… All-Area Lacrosse in 2019… Served as soccer and lacrosse team captain in senior seasons…Totalled141 career goals in lacrosse.

Gordon, Grace- Earned all friends league honors in both tennis and lacrosse… As a junior, earned all central league in tennis and lacrosse and all main line lacrosse…As a senior, received all central league tennis and lacrosse, all main line lacrosse, and USA All Academic lacrosse recognition.

Greth, Gabi- Received  recognition as a 2024 USA Lacrosse All-Academic… 2024 VA 4A All Region 1st Team Goalie… 2024 VA Region 4A Championship…2024 VA Class 4 State Championship Semifinalist… 2022 VA 4A All Region 2nd Team Goalie honors.
