Rowing Set to Compete at Mason Invite

WASHINGTON -Â GW rowing continues its spring season with a local regatta on Sunday, heading to the Mason Invite for its second event at Sandy Run Regional Park.
LAST TIME OUT
Despite high winds, GW women's rowing dispatched North Carolina and Drexel at the GW Invite. The Buff and Blue topped the Tar Heels, who are receiving votes in the national polls, in both the Varsity 8 and 2V8 on Friday, before topping Drexel in both races on Saturday.
FORMAT
The Buff & Blue will send five boats to the regatta with heats in the morning session followed by petite and grand finals in the afternoon. GW will take on Bucknell, Delaware, Duquesne, Eastern Michigan, George Mason, Loyola, Robert Morris, Saint Joseph's, Villanova and West Virginia in the event.
