Volleyball Places Four on CSC Academic All-District Team

WASHINGTON - GW volleyball has placed four student-athletes on the CSC (College Sport Communicators) Academic All-District Team: Salem Yohannes, MC Daubendiek, Reilly Heinrich and Amina Robinson, as announced by the CSC on Tuesday.
The 2024 Academic All-District Volleyball Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced January 14, 2025.

After earning a slot on both the A-10 First Team All-Conference and the A-10 Academic Team, Yohannes has been nominated for Academic All-America consideration.Â
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-District Team, student-athletes must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA. Additionally, all student-athletes must have competed in 90 percent of their institution's matches or have started in at least 66 percent of its matches.
