Tennis Concludes Fall Slate at UB Indoor Invite

WASHINGTON – The George Washington tennis team concludes its fall season this weekend at the UB Indoor Invite hosted by the University of Buffalo. The three-day event is scheduled to begin on Friday, but GW won't see action until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The five-team event kicks off on Friday at 1:00 p.m. with host Buffalo taking on St. John's at 1:00 p.m. The Revolutionaries will get action underway on Saturday, battling the Bulls at 12:30 p.m. GW concludes its weekend on Sunday, facing St. John's at 9:30 a.m. The event will be scored in regular fashion, with each bout featuring six singles matches and three doubles matches. This marks the first event during the fall season that GW has competed in a regular match setting. GW's fall season to date has been a singles and doubles tournament format with each individual and pair competing for themselves.
