Cross Country Prepped for Panorama Farms Invite

WASHINGTON- After competing at the Pirate Invitational hosted by ECU, GW Cross Country now turns its attention to the Panorama Farms Invite hosted by Virginia in Charlottesville, Va., on Saturday.
LAST TIME OUT
On October 4, the men's and women's programs competed in the Pirate Invite in Greenville, N.C. Of note, junior Jacob Heredia finished with an 8k time of 23:56, good for a new GW men's program record and a fifth-place finish at the race.
ON THE COMPETITION
The Panorama Farms Invitational features a men's 8k race set to kick off Saturday morning at 8:45 a.m., followed by a women's 6k race at 9:30 a.m. Both courses will take place in Panorama Farms in Charlottesville. The Revolutionaries will be tested by 19 opponents; of note, fellow A-10 members Davidson, Richmond, Duquesne and La Salle will all compete in the invitational alongside GW.
