Cross Country Completes Panorama Farms Invitational

Charlottesville, Va. - The George Washington men's and women's cross country programs raced in the Panorama Farms Invitational Saturday morning, with the women tallying a sixth place finish and the men a 10th place finish. Of note, GW finished ahead of A-10 opponents Davidson and Richmond on the women's side and ahead of Duquesne and Richmond on the men's side.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Leading the way for the women, first-year Hadley Mahoney tallied a 21:55 finishing time. Following behind Mahoney were senior Olivia Styfested (21:59), junior Una Boylan (22:01), senior Megan Churchill (22:03), first-year Amelia Ogawa (22:14), sophomore Lola Dineeen (22:28), sophomore Julia Shanes (22:31), junior Rita Mazumder (22:56), and first-years Deirdre Kenny (23:02) and Claire Bohan (23:04).
On the men's side, junior Michael Bohlke paved the way, tallying a 24:18 finish. Behind Bohlke were junior Jacob Heredia (24:43), junior Austin Brotemarkle (24:48), first-year Charles Mbuthia (25:03), sophomore Cole McCue (25:07), first-year Colin Funk (25:51), sophomore Brayden Bayek (25:52) and first-year Jimmy Gildea (25:52).
