Women’s Indoor Track Heads to BU Valentine Invitational

Four GW runners will compete in the women’s mile this weekend
WASHINGTON – George Washington women's indoor track will send a small group of runners to Boston this weekend to take part in the BU Valentine Invitational, hosted by Boston University.
Yukino Parle, Sarah Mitchell, Izzy Doran, and Lexi Seifert will all make the trip up to Beantown to compete in the women's mile. So far this season, Doran has already set a personal record in the event with a time of 5:14.09.
Additionally, Mitchell made her event debut and Parle made her GW debut in the mile at Cardinal Classic, while Seifert made her GW debut in the event at the Patriot Games at the end of January.
The women's mile will take place at 4 p.m. at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center.
