Fan Experience Updates for the 2023-24 GW Basketball Season

GW men's and women's basketball returns to the Charles E. Smith Center on Monday, November 6 to kick off a revolutionary 2023-24 campaign. The GW women tip-off the season at 5 p.m. vs. Howard, followed by the Buff & Blue men taking on Stonehill at 8 p.m.
Fans can expect some updates and changes to the Smith Center experience this season, including:

Beginning this season, all regular ticket holders will be directed to enter the Smith Center via the upper ramp at Gate 2, located at the corner of 22nd and G Streets. Gate 3, located on 22nd Street, will serve solely as the Athletics Box Office for walk-up tickets and will no longer be an entrance.
Students should continue to use Gate 5 on F Street as in years past.
Tin Tabernacle Club access will be via Gate 1 on G Street. There will no longer be access to the club via the glass courtside doorway or from any of the seating sections.

New seating has been installed on both lower level sidelines featuring upgraded cushioned seats from years past. As a result of the changes, there is no longer courtside access in sections 108-113 across from the team benches.
A new playing surface has also been installed incorporating new Revolutionaries marks while maintaining the D.C. skyline motif that has become recognizable across the nation.

Introduced last year, GW Athletics has partnered with Ticketmaster for all home events. GW Athletics events will continue to use digital tickets, accessible on your mobile phone. Ticket barcode screenshots are not valid & will not scan at the venue.
Game tickets and Presidents Club passes, if applicable, are now on your GW Account Manager. Use your GW Account Manager to access your tickets. For the best experience on game day, download your tickets to your mobile wallet. Note: you will need to login to your GW Account Manager using the web browser on your mobile phone.
