WASHINGTON – GW women's tennis will begin a three-match homestand to open its conference schedule when it welcomes Richmond to the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center on Saturday at 1 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
Stella Wiesemann and Alexandra Vesikallio earned straight-set victories in GW's recent 5-2 loss to Georgetown. Wiesemann now leads the team with seven singles wins this season.
SCOUTING RICHMOND
The Spiders will look to snap a three-match losing skid when they visit George Mason on Friday before playing GW on Saturday. In February, Richmond (2-8) picked up its pair of victories over Towson and UNCG.
