Five Named CRCA Scholar Athletes

Women's rowers garner national acclaim for work in the classroom
WASHINGTON -Â Five members of the GW women's rowing program were named Scholar Athletes by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association for the 2020 season.Â
Due to the lack of a full competition season, the requirements were modified for 2020. A student-athlete must be in their second, third or fourth year of eligibility, be ranked performance-wise in the top 50 percent of their team and have a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher.
The five Colonials who earned the distinction are:
Lauren Bennett, Criminal Justice
