Softball Adds Fall Team Camps

Colonials to host pair of one-day camps
WASHINGTON - George Washington softball will host a pair of fall team camps on the Mount Vernon Campus next month.
Head coach Shane Winkler, who guided the Colonials to a share of their first Atlantic 10 title last spring, will lead 14U/16U teams in one-day camps on Oct. 5 and Oct. 13.
Each team is guaranteed three games, as well as a hitting talk from Winkler and on-field front toss prior to each contest. Participants will receive in-game coaching and instruction from the GW staff. The cost is $500 per team.
