Women's Tennis Sweeps George Mason on Senior Day

Colonials top the Patriots, 7-0, to wrap the regular season
WASHINGTON -- The George Washington women's tennis team wrapped up its regular season in dominant fashion on Friday afternoon, blanking George Mason, 7-0, at the Southeast Tennis and Learning Center.
Prior to the match, the Colonials honored their senior trio of Sara Grubac, Victoria Kogan, and Maria Siopacha.
The Buff and Blue opened the day by earning the early doubles point, with all three pairs topping their Patriot opponents, before sweeping George Mason in singles action.
The Colonials will now await seeding in preparation for the 2019 Atlantic 10 Championship beginning on Wednesday in Orlando, Florida.
