Gymnastics Lands Six on All-EAGL Teams

Zois earns five First Team nods
BALTIMORE, Md. – A total of six George Washington gymnasts were selected to All-East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Teams, the league office announced on Monday.
Fifth-year co-captain Alex Zois paced the Colonials with five First Team nods (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, all-around) and was the only gymnast in EAGL to earn First Team recognition on all four events plus the all-around.
Cydney Crasa and Anna Warhol picked up a pair of Second Team All-EAGL honors each, with Crasa earning a spot for her 9.795 NQS on vault and 9.830 NQS on floor, while Warhol picked up honors for her 9.775 NQS on vault and 9.785 NQS on bars. The recognition marks the third of Crasa's career and the first two for Warhol.
Simone Banen and Julia McLaughlin picked up Second Team honors for bars and Hannah Cohen earned First Team recognition on beam.
First Team All-EAGL on each event and the all-around includes the top eight ranked gymnasts (including ties) from the 10-week regular season based on national qualifying score (NQS). Second Team All-EAGL includes gymnasts ranked Nos. 9-16.
Major EAGL award winners will be announced at this weekend's EAGL Championship at New Hampshire.
