SCHEDULE OF EVENTS |Â LIVE RESULTS
WASHINGTON -Â GW indoor track returns to competition for the second straight weekend, attending the Patriot Games this Friday and Saturday. The two-day event will be held at the George Mason Field House in Fairfax, Va., the host of this year's Atlantic 10 Championship in one month's time.
Aside from the host George Mason, GW will get a look at fellow A-10 foes Davidson, Richmond and VCU. The Colonials competed at the Keydet Invite last weekend and were highlighted by junior Jared Nelson breaking the school record in the 200m (23.66) and setting a PR in the event for the second time in as many indoor competitions. Overall, six Colonials set a new PR in the first competition since coming off winter break.
This week, the Colonials will send a group of nearly 30 competitors to George Mason for the two-day event. The women's and men's 5k will take place Friday evening with the remaining events taking place Saturday afternoon. Below is a list of the competitors in order of their event:Â
