Softball Announces Schedule Changes

WASHINGTON - George Washington softball's doubleheader scheduled for Wednesday at Hampton has been canceled due to inclement weather. In addition, its non-conference game set for May 2 has been canceled, due to weather-related changes in UMBC's schedule.
GW (28-17, 8-9 A-10) wraps up its home slate this weekend, hosting Saint Joseph's for Family Weekend on the Mount Vernon Campus. The Colonials and Hawks will play a doubleheader on Saturday, starting at 1 p.m, before Sunday's series finale. Senior Day festivities are set to begin at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.
