Sailing Set for Three Fleet Race Regattas

SETTING SAIL: The GW sailing team shifts its attention back to Fleet Racing a week after it successfully qualified for the Team Race National Championship with a second-place finish at the Prosser Trophy.
The Colonials will have a contingent of over 20 sailors spread out among three regattas, including one women's and two coed events. It's the last weekend to tune up prior to back-to-back championship races, with the MAISA Women's Championship slated for April 21-22 and the MAISA Coed Championship the following weekend.
GW WOMEN'S INVITE
The Colonials have three boats entered into their home regatta, which is the first women's event in program history. Six competing schools will all send multiple boats to make up a field of 14.

The inter-conference coed regatta has an 18-team field and features three divisions.

- C Division: Wade Wagner / Mercedes McPhee
- Extras: Zach Lehan; Michael Houllahan
NAVY SPRING
A 20-team inter-conference field awaits GW, which finished fourth at this regatta last season.
- A Division: Kai Friesecke / Tanner Chapko / Marshall McCraw
- B Division: Miranda Bakos / Belle Strachan / Connor West
- Extra: Sam White
