Women's Basketball to Host Selection Monday Watch Party

WASHINGTON - The Atlantic 10 Champion George Washington women's basketball team will host a Selection Monday Watch Party in the Colonials Club of the Charles E. Smith Center as the team awaits its destination and opponent for the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with ESPN televising the Selection Show at 7 p.m. Fans can enjoy light refreshments, music, entertainment, contests and giveaways as well as remarks from head coach Jennifer Rizzotti and acting Athletics Director Tanya Vogel.
GW earned the Atlantic 10's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament for the third time in the last four seasons by winning four games last week in the A-10 Championship en route to the seventh tournament title in program history. GW will make its 18th all-time appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
