Golf Tees Off at Kingsmill Intercollegiate on Sunday

TEEING OFF: The GW golf team begins its busiest stretch of the season this weekend as it heads to the William & Mary Kingsmill Intercollegiate, a 54-hole tournament from Sunday-Tuesday which features 18 holes each day. The Colonials then have a quick turnaround as they head to Seattle to compete in the Chambers Bay Invitational (April 2-3). A week later, they'll place in the Greenbrier Invitational (April 9-10), which serves as their final tune-up for the A-10 Championship at the end of April.
COURSE: Designed by Pete Dye, the Kingsmill Resort River Course has hosted PGA and LPGA tour events for more than three decades. Bordering the James River in Williamsburg, Virginia, the River Course is a par 70 playing 6,794 yards.
