The senior recorded his third top-five finish of the season at the Elon Phoenix Invitational

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Senior Logan Lowe has been named Atlantic 10 Co-Golfer of the Week after finishing 6-under par and tied for fifth against a strong field at the Elon Phoenix Invitational. The honor is the fourth of Lowe's career.

The reigning conference player of the year, Lowe has put together a strong start to his senior season with top-five finishes in three of four tournaments played which already matches a career high. The California native owns a 70.10 scoring average in 10 rounds of competition, shaving more than a stroke and a half from his mark of 71.71 last season.

At the Elon Phoenix Invitational, Lowe carded back-to-back rounds of 68 after opening with an even-par 71 to vault into the top five. He's shot even par or better in nine of 10 rounds this fall.

Lowe and GW cap their fall season with a trip to Hawaii for the Ka'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational. Play gets underway on Nov. 2 and continues through Nov. 4.
