GW Lacrosse 2015 Fall Ball Schedule
WASHINGTON -- The George Washington lacrosse team is set to begin its fall ball season this weekend as part of a 10-game, four-date schedule.
The Colonials will take on Catholic and American on Saturday afternoon as part of American's Play Day. Two weeks later, GW will face four opponents -- William & Mary, Liberty, UMBC and Coastal Carolina -- at George Mason's Play Day on Oct. 17.
The Colonials will scrimmage Cincinnati the next day at 11 a.m. at the GW Lacrosse Field on the Mount Vernon Campus before concluding their fall slate on Halloween day at Georgetown's Play Day, where they will take on Rutgers, Oregon and the host Hoyas.
Under the direction of second-year head coach Tracy Coyne, GW returns 22 letterwinners from last year's squad and welcomes six newcomers.
