Brendon Kelliher Named Baseball Team MVP For 2010-11

WASHINGTON, DC- Brendon Kelliher was named the baseball team's Most Valuable Player at George Washington University's annual Senior Honors Luncheon on the GW campus Thursday.
A four-year starter from Sandwich, MA, Brendon is currently second in the Atlantic 10 with 10 home runs. He leads the team in eight offensive categories, including batting average, hits, runs scored and runs batted in, and also paces the Colonials with 17 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games.
A 2010 Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team selection, Brendon had an 11-game hitting streak earlier this season and has currently reached base safely in 15 consecutive games.
