WASHINGTON, DC - George Washington third-year women's lacrosse head coach Tara Hannaford has announced a 10-player recruiting class for the 2010 season, highlighted by US Lacrosse First Team All-American Caitlyn O'Brien and honorable mention All-Americans Nicole Lacey and Bridgett Lynn.
"I am thrilled to welcome this group of student-athletes to GW," said Hannaford, who led GW to the semifinals of the Atlantic 10 Championship in her second season in 2009. "This class embodies what we are looking for in our athletes - speed, strength and attitude. I expect them to make an immediate impact on our program."
