Jaques returns to George Washington after serving as an assistant on Joe McKeown's staff from 2006-08. In her two seasons with GW, the Buff & Blue went 55-11 and made consecutive appearances in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. GW was nationally-ranked in both seasons, peaking at No. 8 in the AP Poll and No. 9 in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll in February 2007.
Jaques most recently served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Seton Hall for one season under Anthony Bozzella. In 2022-23, the Pirates went 19-15 overall and 10-10 in the Big East Conference, earning a bid to the 2023 WNIT, where they topped Saint Joseph's before falling to Syracuse in the second round. Jaques coached a pair of Big East All-Conference players in Lauren Park-Lane (First Team) and Sidney Cooks (Second Team).
Prior to her time at Seton Hall, Jaques served as the head coach of the Siena women's basketball team for nine seasons. Under her direction, Siena won 116 games and advanced to the Championship of the WBI in 2014-15 as part of the Saints' first winning season in 11 years.
Before leading Siena, Jaques was an associate head coach with McKeown at Northwestern for four seasons and has also served as an assistant coach at Dayton (2005-06), Furman (2002-05), Sacred Heart (1999-02) and Rider (1998-99).
Jaques is a 1998 graduate of New York University, where she played basketball and soccer.
