Nyepon, who came to the Colonials after a season as volunteer assistant at American, works primarily with the goalkeepers.
In his first two seasons at GW, Nyepon directed a group of keepers led by Thor Arne Höfs, who finished his GW career with a program-record 22 shutouts and 264 saves.

His keepers combined to cede just 1.20 goals per game, including six shutouts. In addition, starter Lucas Belanger garnered third-team all-conference honors.
Before his move to the nation's capital, Nyepon spent two seasons on staff at his alma mater Greensboro College in North Carolina. The Pride advanced to the USA South Athletic Conference final both years.
In net at Greensboro College, Nyepon made the NSCAA All-Region second team twice. As a senior, he helped the Pride to a conference title and berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament. He recorded nine shutouts over his two seasons in uniform.
