Frank is in his first year as the GW Director of Baseball Operations in 2018-19. He previously served as an assistant coach for two seasons at Marymount University.
At Marymount, Frank was responsible for hitting and baserunning, and also coach the infielders in 2017 and the outfielders in 2018. He was promoted to lead recruiting assistant in 2018 and helped sign a 20-member class for the Saints.
Frank came to MU from upstate New York, where he served as the varsity baseball coach for Shaker High School in Latham, N.Y through 2015. During his tenure, his teams won over two-thirds of games played, qualifying for the playoffs every year. In 2011, he led the Blue Bison to the N.Y. Large School State Championship game. Additionally, the team ranked second in the state and 91st in the nation, setting the record for single-season wins.
During his coaching tenure, he garnered Times Union and Troy Record Coach of the Year Awards. He has participated in numerous community coaching clinics and youth baseball camps.

At Shaker, Frank had two alumni make their way to the major leagues including Jeff Hoffman (1st round: Toronto/Colorado) and Tom Kahnle (5th round: Yankees/Rockies/White Sox). They are among nine former players who have gone on to play professionally after playing for Frank. Numerous former players have also gone on to success at all levels of collegiate baseball, including a player on UVA's 2015 World Series Championship team.
Frank was an All-Area player at Shaker and is a 2006 Inductee into the Shaker Athletic Hall of fame. After Shaker, he went on to play collegiately at Saint Joseph's. He finished his career 10th on the all-time hit list. He was named the Dorie Leahy award winner - for program loyalty and dedication. He was also named The Hawk Most Improved Player.
Frank is a 1991 graduate from St. Joseph’s with a degree in Finance. Frank also served 22 years as a Town of Colonie (N.Y.) Police Officer.
