Rowing Celebrates 50th Anniversary at GW Invite Saturday

George Washington rowing will race on its home course Saturday at the annual GW Invite on the Potomac River. The annual event is the highlight of the program's 50th Anniversary season with festivities surrounding the racing against Duquesne, Fordham and Georgetown.
Morning racing begins at 11:15 a.m. followed by the afternoon wave at 2:35 p.m. A full race schedule is below.

In addition to the racing, fans and alumni can take part in multiple events around Saturday's races. A Monument & Cherry Blossom Run will take place Saturday at 8 a.m. with the Anniversary Banquet at 8 p.m. Saturday night. Sunday features an Alumni Row, Boat Dedications and Supporter Brunch.
