GW gymnastics has placed 18 student-athletes on the All-EAGL Scholastic Team, the league announced on Friday morning. To qualify for the honor, a gymnast must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above throughout the 2025 calendar year. First-year gymnasts were eligible for the nomination based on 2025 fall semester grades.
George Washington's five seniors: Kasey Burke, Catherine O'Rourke, Kylie Kazmierski, Deana Sheremeta and Nancy Kiner headline the list for the Revolutionaries. Each member of the class earned the recognition in every season of their career with the Buff & Blue.
Juniors Delaney DeHaan, Brooke Izzo and Maya Peters were named to the team for the third consecutive year, while Alexa Chuy earned the honor for the first time in her career.
GW's four sophomores and five first-years were also recognized. Sophomores Zoe Safran, Haley Suzuki and Natalie Thomas repeated the honor after earning the distinction last season.
