Indoor Track Continues Winter Campaign at Cardinal Classic

GW's indoor track cohort will return to action on Saturday when it heads to the Cardinal Classic hosted by Catholic University in Landover, Md.

- The Buff & Blue will begin competing at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning, when Megan Heidebrecht will compete in the long jump, continuing to make program history in the event.
- 25 additional Revolutionaries will compete on Saturday in seven different events. In addition to the long jump, GW will compete in the triple jump, the 60m dash, the distance medley relay, the 60m hurdles, the mile and the 400m.
- This will be the second showing for the GW women this season, with the first coming before the holiday break at the Marlins First Chance, when the Buff & Blue made strong headway to start the winter championship season with five first-place finishes.
