Mahoney Named to A-10 All-Rookie Team

WASHINGTON - First-year Hadley Mahoney has earned a spot on the A-10 All-Rookie team for the Outdoor Track and Field season, the conference office announced Thursday afternoon. This is the first conference accolade picked up by the first-year standout.
Mahoney, a native of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, earned her slot after being the league-leading rookie in the women's 1,500 with a personal-best 4:29.43 in the qualifying round of the championship meet. Mahoney then went on to compete in the finals and finished 11th overall to conclude her first collegiate season.
