Sophomore Delaney DeHaan and first-year Lola Montevago have received the final weekly awards of the 2025 regular season, with DeHaan being recognized as the Gymnast of the Week and Montevago earning the Rookie of the Week distinction.Â
Competing a double meet weekend, DeHaan led GW all weekend, earning the floor title in both meets with two impressive 9.900s, in addition to being the winner of both vault (9.875) and the all-around (39.375) on Sunday at Maryland. DeHaan collected First Team All-EAGL accolades on vault, beam, floor and the all-around earlier in the week, in addition to Second Team honors on bars. The sophomore currently leads the league on vault and all-around and sits second on floor.Â
Montevago had a spectacular finish to the regular season, leading the team on bars at Friday's Senior Night meet, earning a 9.800, and earning a top-five finish for both her bar and beam (9.800) routines. As the only first-year to compete on three events for the Buff & Blue this season, Montevago has earned First Team All-EAGL for bars and beam, and sits on the conference leaderboard for both.Â
With the regular season behind them, DeHaan and Montevago lead the Revolutionaries to the EAGL Championships this Saturday in Philadelphia. This year's Championship is hosted by Temple and will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday.Â
