WASHINGTON - GW women's rowing saw three members of the 2023-24 team earn A-10 All-Academic status, the league announced on Monday. Anna Golbus, Alexa Nealy and Eliza Price earned the distinction from the conference office, after each was also named a CRCA Scholar-Athlete earlier this summer.
All three student-athletes earned a spot on the All-Academic team for the first time in their career. Golbus, who is the only one of the three to return for the 2024-25 campaign, was a member of the V8 boat for the majority of the season and was previously Second Team All-Conference in 2022-23.
Price, who graduated with a degree in International Affairs, was a CRCA Scholar-Athlete and a member of the 2V8 last spring. Nealy also earned a degree in International Affairs and wrapped up her Buff & Blue career adding the honor to a pair of First Team All-Conference accolades and a trio of CRCA Scholar-Athlete awards.
