Men's Basketball A-10 Schedule Unveiled

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -Â GW men's basketball's Atlantic 10 slate was announced on Wednesday, once again featuring 18 conference matchups. The Buff & Blue will be featured on national television four times and will host five games on Saturdays and weekends.
The Revolutionaries will begin A-10 play on Wednesday, Jan. 3 with a visit from Fordham before traveling to VCU on Saturday, Jan. 6 for a 4 p.m. tip on USA Network.
GW will host a pair of contests over the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend, taking on Davidson on Saturday, Jan 13 and the annual MLK Day clash with George Mason at the Smith Center, airing nationally on CBS Sports Network.Â
The Buff & Blue will welcome La Salle on Saturday, Jan. 27 before beginning February with three of the first four matchups at the Smith Center, including Rhode Island (Feb. 6), Loyola Chicago (Feb. 10) and Richmond (Feb. 17). The matchup with the Spiders will air on USA Network.
GW will play four of its final six games away from D.C. with the last two home matchups coming on Tuesday, Feb. 27 vs. Massachusetts and Wednesday, March 6 vs. St. Bonaventure.
GW previously announced its 13-game non-conference schedule, which features the home opener on Monday, November 6 v. Stonehill.
Season tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by visiting GWsports.com/tickets. Information regarding single-game tickets and game times will be announced at a later date.
