GW looks to extend two-match win streak
WASHINGTON – GW women's tennis will look to extend its two-match win streak when it heads to Davidson on Saturday. First serve vs. the Wildcats is scheduled for 10 a.m.
LAST TIME OUT
GW topped Rhode Island last weekend, securing its second-straight Atlantic 10 victory and third overall. Stella Wiesemann, Gabriela Giraldo, Lindsay Thompson and Charlotte Bell each won their respective singles matches, with Giraldo, Thompson and Bell earning straight-set victories.
SCOUTING DAVIDSON
The Wildcats are 4-10 overall and 0-2 in conference play. Davidson enters the weekend looking to snap a five-match losing skid, with Savanna Kollock leading the team with seven singles wins. Kavya Patel and Daniela Porges lead Davidson in doubles play with seven wins on the season.
