Fourteen Gymnasts Named to All-EAGL Scholastic Team

All four seniors awarded for final time in GW career
Fourteen George Washington gymnasts have been named to the 2023 All-East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Scholastic Team, the league announced on Friday.
To be honored as an All-EAGL Scholastic Team honoree, a gymnast must have maintained a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or above throughout the 2022 calendar year. First-year gymnasts are eligible with 2022 fall semester grades only.
Graduate student Deja Chambliss was honored for the fifth time in her career and seniors Hannah Munnelly and Nora Houseman were recognized for the fourth time. Senior Libby Garfoot picked up her second honors after joining GW last season.
Juniors, Payton Lynch and Anneliese Silverman earned the honor for the third time in their careers, and Rachel Katz, Nancy Kiner, Gabby Lopez and Marlee York were honored for the second time.
First-years Kasey Burke, Kylie Kazmierski, Catherine O'Rourke and Deana Sheremeta were all recognized for the first time.
