Whitman earns GW’s first EAGL honor of the season

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio - Kendall Whitman of GW gymnastics has been named the East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Specialist of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday.

In GW's two meets last week, Whitman posted back-to-back 9.875s on floor, finishing third overall at the Denver quad meet. Whitman also made her season debut on beam at Denver, scoring a 9.775.

GW heads to New Hampshire this weekend for an EAGL quad meet with the host Wildcats, North Carolina and LIU.
