Women’s Tennis Ready for Howard

WASHINGTON – Looking to get back into the win column, GW women's tennis will play Howard on Saturday at 1:45 p.m. at the WTEF East Capitol Campus.
LAST TIME OUT
GW split its matches last weekend, topping Marquette, 4-3, before falling to Army, 4-2. Gabriela Giraldo went undefeated in singles play, defeating her opponents in straight sets in both matches. In Friday's victory over Marquette, Charlotte Bell's match was the deciding factor, topping her opponent in three sets, 0-6, 6-2, 6-1.
PREPARING FOR HOWARD
The Bison own a two-match win streak heading into Saturday and are 2-2 overall, with their recent wins coming vs. Johns Hopkins and Villanova. First-year Selah Stibbins leads the Bison with three singles wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 flights.
