Women’s Tennis Drops Match to Army

Wiesemann and Giraldo claim pair of singles wins
WASHINGTON – GW women's tennis dropped its Friday afternoon match to Army, 4-2, at the JTCC in College Park, Md.
Stella Wiesemann and Gabriela Giraldo picked up a pair of singles wins for GW. The duo also won their respective doubles flight. However, Army claimed the point with a pair of No. 2 and No. 3 flight victories.
GW is back in action at Howard next Saturday for a 1:45 p.m. matchup.
