All four GW runners record new top times in the women’s mile

BOSTON, Mass. – Despite just four runners competing in one event at the BU Valentine's Invitational this weekend, George Washington women's indoor track made sure its trip up to Beantown was worth it.

All four members of the Colonials posted personal best times in the mile event, including Yukino Parle and Sarah Mitchell, who both placed in the top-90 among 288 runners, finishing in the top-quarter of participants.

Up next, all four runners will look to build on their strong performances at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track Championships, which will take place on Feb. 26 in Kingston, RI.
