Diving Wraps Competition at West Virginia Invitational

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - GW men's and women's diving closed out the third and final day of the West Virginia Invitational, highlighted by today's team event win by the Revolutionaries' women.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

GW secured a victory in the team event with a 271.40, 15 points more than the second-place team. Juniors Olivia Rosen and Dara Reyblat, and sophomore Olivia Paquette combined for the win.Â

All three of GW's divers in the platform event finished in the top eight of 23 divers. Paquette, the GW program record holder in the platform, finished in fifth (205.30), while Reyblat took sixth (197.90) and Rosen finished in eighth (193.90).Â

MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

In the team event - a combination of three divers' score on two 1m dives, two 3m dives and two platform dives - GW finished in fourth place (245.00), finishing behind Penn State, Navy and West Virginia.Â

Holden Wheeler finished the platform event in fourth place (282.10), locking down GW's highest finish in the event. Â

Michael Wood took 11th place in the platform event (179.55).Â
